         Welcome to my website. Here are a few things you should know:

·         I take pride in providing professional, personalized service to my clients.

·         I do not stop at the border of Lancaster County. I have done business in Lancaster, Berks, Chester, and Lebanon Counties. In addition, I have gone to Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Montgomery, Lehigh, Schuylkill, Huntingdon, and Perry Counties to help buyers find the perfect property.

·         I have specialized training in marketing luxury homes which in my local market means homes offered at $500,000 and above.If you wish to buy or sell a home in this market segment, I hope you will take the time to meet with me to discuss the unique challenges you could face.

·       Today buyers for high end homes can come from anywhere in the world. Therefore, it is essential to have a strong local, national, AND international marketing program to sell an exceptional property. I have worked hard to build such a program which includes utilizing my expertise as:

·         I will be focusing my international real estate services on Italy during 2010. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in Italy, I can assist you.

I strive to continually improve by taking courses, networking, and attending events

·         In September 2007, I attended the Global Networking Reception held by The International Council of the Virginia Association of Realtors in Washington D.C.

·         In October 2007, I networked at FIABCI-USA's VIP reception and luncheon at the UN in New York and again in 2009. FIABCI members use this event to expand and renew our national and international networks.

·         At the April 2006 FIABCI – USA Spring annual Meeting in Washington, DC I participated in networking and marketing sessions for international realtors. We visited the Bulgarian and Thai embassies to learn about the real estate markets of those countries and enjoyed a working lunch with the Thai ambassador.

·         April 20 and 21, 2006 I attended the VI Infopoverty World Conference at the United Nations in New York. I am interested in the role real estate can play in helping to create a brighter future for people in developing countries. This was followed shortly after in June 2006 as a participant at the Global Housing Forum in Vancouver, Canada.

·         In 2005, I attended the NAR Convention in Washington DC and hope to attend again this year. There I network with other agents interested in international real estate and learn more about real estate in general.

Just a little more about me-- my family roots are in Reading, Pennsylvania. I consider the Central Pennsylvania “home.”

I spent 5 years in Cairo, Egypt and have a BA from the AmericanUniversity in Cairo in Political Science with a minor in Arabic Studies.

After graduation I returned to the US to obtain my Master of Education degree from Rutgers University.

Along the way I have lived in Chicago, New York, London , Tokyo, Cairo, and Abu Dhabi.. In addition I have traveled to Jordan, Italy, Germany, Canada,Switzerland, France and Greece.

I spent several years advocating for children with diabetes and encourage anyone who has a child or has a friend with a child that has been diagnosed with diabetes to visit www.childrenwithdiabetes.com. I credit the kind people at this wonderful site with helping maintain my sanity and helping care for my son during a very difficult time when he was first diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. The information and support available through them made all the difference in helping my family find hope, comfort, and the way forward.
